Hi my lovely friends!

I am extremely sorry for not being able to update since September. I've been EXTREMELY busy. The good news is that I'm now officially back! I have 2 great news to tell you.

1) I turned 1 in November! It was lots of fun and received so many wishes and presents! Mommy made me a birthday cake out of my favourite treats.

2) I placed third in the Cutest Hamster Frown contest at hamsterhideout! You can click on the link below to view my award and my picture =). Also, check out the other participants. They did such an amazing job!!

Sypnosis

Approximately 65-68 million years ago, a hamsterassic specie was discovered in the lands of BedSheet Desert. Unknown to mankind, the squeaky sound rumbled upon those who dared to approach him. His size was relatively small, but for anyone under his own chain, his size was large enough to scare even the smallest fly. His food consisted from the smallest seed to the largest branch from that apple tree. Surely friendly to the meat, but had no mercy when it came to eating wheat. He never attacked the friendliest beast. They found his heart was gold, but a predator he became when he tried to defend it all. They named him Viggysaurus in Hamsterassic Park.

Hi everyone!

I'm sorry I haven't posted as often, but as you all know, I'm very busy filming. I have been casted for the role of Viggysaurus in Hamsterassic Park (picture above). Also, people have asked me if I sign autographs. Yep, I do sign them!



I also have more exciting news! I have been nominated for a Hammy Award! I will be posting the nominations list this weekend and I'm very excited and honoured! Thank you so much to everyone!

Updates

Hi everyone!

Long time no squeak XD hehe. I've been very busy filming Seahamsterbiscuit and my other movies. I've never had so much fun in my young hamster life! My mommy is now ready to move me into my new home. She was afraid I was going to be too scared if she moved me right away, so these past weeks, she's been playing with me inside my new home. I have to admit, it was different, but I will be fine.

There's a picture (above) of me inside my trailer for Seahamsterbiscuit. We're currently filming in BedSheet Desert.

IT'S FINALLY HERE!

My mommy has bought my new cage! Check it out in the picture above! She will not transfer me over to it until this Saturday (cleaning day), but she will clean it and let me take a look tomorrow and on Friday so the change won't be too stressful for me. Let me know what you think! She still has to fix the levels, but this is just an overview of what it looks like. It was the best and biggest one she could find (for my age).

Hunchback of Hamster Land

Hi everyone!

It's been a while since I last posted, but I'm back! I'm very excited because, I'm getting my new home next week and I have signed for a film called The Hunchback of Hamster Land. The picture above is a picture from the photoshoot. I'm sorry I haven't been able to post the preview script for Seahamsterbiscuit, but I've been so busy filming lately.

Viggy turns 22 years old!

Hi everyone!

Nope, I don't turn 22 years old (which would be impossible), but my mommy's BF turned 22 today! Remember I mentioned that I was named after him? So, let's wish him a very hamsterriffic and healthy birthday!

Isn't it funny how he turned 22 years old today and I will turn 22 weeks old this Saturday?

My owner has just told me that she placed a hold on a new cage for me! She will be getting it on the second week of May and I'm very excited! The new cage is bigger and double the height! So I can train for my upcoming movie, HamsterMan.

It's been an exciting week!

I hope you are all doing well. I've been very busy this week, rehearsing for Seahamsterbiscuit and I attended the pre-production of The Lord of the Seeds, in which I play the main character FROhamDO. The picture above is of me coming out of the dressing room for The Lord of the Seeds (they forgot to bring me my seed of power!). Script coming soon. Good news, new contract!

Hi everyone!

I'm sorry for not being able to post so much lately, but my owner was very sick and I had to take care of her. She is now feeling so much better so now I'm ready to post again!

I should be able to post the preview script for Seahamsterbiscuit very soon! But, now I have very good news! I have received a new contract to play FROhamDO in the movie Lord of the Seeds. I'm very excited because, it's a very challenging role!

Owner is sick, new friend, and a script

My owner has a really bad cold so I've been keeping her in company, to make her feel better. I made a new online hamster friend named Arthur. Seahamsterbiscuit

Hi everyone!

It is now 12:13am at my owner's home and I woke up to start my day. Before I groom, I wanted to talk to you about what I do during my free time.

I'm an actor and I've been in many plays. I'm currently in a play called Seahamsterbiscuit. It is the story of a hamster who helps a horse friend in the biggest race of all time. I've been going through exercise ball training in order to prepare myself for this role. It was such an honor meeting the famous hamster actor, Hambey Maguire. He is a very talented young hamster actor and has taught me a lot! We're still rehearsing, but our very first opening will be on April 1st. I'm looking forward to this great play! There is a picture (above) of me on the dressing room on the set of Seahamsterbiscuit. This picture was featured in an article (as you already know) and my owner picked it to be my random picture of the day.

I'm going to go groom myself now and then read the script! Good day to my hamster friends who are just waking up or are already awake, and good night to their owners!

Home Clean Home!

It is now 2:44 am and my owner has finished cleaning my home. My owner stays up until I am fully awake (around midnight). She told me, she doesn't want to disturb my sleep so she waits until I am in a "play" mood. She sets up my play pen and puts all of my toys in it so I can run around while she cleans my home.

Today, or I must say on Saturday, my owner bought me a new wooden bridge! It is so much fun because my owner can make lots of shapes with it!

So now that my home is clean, I shall go play with my wheel! Nighty night to all hamsters and their owners! I will post tomorrow about my Acting skills XD. Sleep tight and don't let the mites or fleas bite!

My first picture

Before I go back to sleep, I have a picture to show you(top). That's the first picture my owner took of me! She took it on the day I came to her home for the very first time! As you can see, I was busy exploring and getting adapted to my new home.

Happy 18 weeks to me!

Hello friends!

I woke up for a little snack and thought I would talk about my experience, coming to my owner's home.

I was brought home on Saturday, January 5th, 2008. I was 6 weeks old and was living alone at the time. As soon as my owner saw me, she knew I was the perfect friend for her. She bought me a cage, food, and lots of toys to play with. I was a little scared at first because, I didn't know what to expect. I was overwhelmed by the love my owner already had for me. I arrived home and my owner set everything for me. She already had a name for me, Viggy Sidney! Viggy is my owner's BF's nickname, whom she loves the same way she loves me. Sidney is the name of a baby she babysits very often and has known since he was only 10 months old. I love my name and I'm honoured that I was named after lovely people.

After that, she introduced me to my new home. I knew she meant no harm so I let her pet me ever since she laid hands on me. The first game I ever played with her was called "escalators." She wrapped her hands and held me and she moved each hand down as I moved onto the other, making it as though I was going down a set of stairs; it was a lot of fun! After we finished, she put me in my new home and I started to explore. I had a wheel that came with the cage, which was a perfect start for me (of course she got me a better wheel afterwards). My cage has 2 stories, and my food (along with some toys) is on the second floor. On the first floor, I have my Aspen shavings (I don't feel comfortable with Carefresh, but some of my hamster friends love it!) paper towels for my bedding (very comfortable to play and sleep on), more toys, my wheel and whatever food I have hidden! Oh and of course my bottle of water. My owner cares so much for me, she changes my food and water daily and makes sure I have my delicious snacks and treats (love the honey and fruit stick and alfalfa cubes). She also stays up late, just so she can play with me outside the cage. Although, I have to say at first, the exercise ball scared me, now I explore the house without a problem! I have toys to play inside my cage AND outside my cage, which includes: a bridge, caves, woods, exercise ball, etc. I also have a play pen that my owner uses when she has to clean my cage (every Saturday when I wake up). I am very friendly and I don't bite my owner and love to walk inside her long sweater sleeves (it tickles her, hehe).

My owner also keeps a journal of all the things I do! Everyday, she writes on her book the time I sleep, eat, play, groom, etc. She does this so she can keep track of my regular schedule, and to make sure I'm not doing anything out of the ordinary. Yes, she writes almost every hour! I'll give you a short example:

March 28th:

8:45am - sleeping

5:18pm - sleeping

10:16pm - grooming

1:03am - playing

That's just a short summary of how I live and how my owner takes good care of me. So, if you noticed today I turn 18 weeks old! Every Saturday, my owner gets me a new toy or a new treat. I don't know what she will get me today, but I will tell you later.

Updates and a little bit more about myself

Believe or not, my owner has taught me some of her coding skills. I will be coding as days go by, to make this blog a little bit more colourful. And if that wasn't enough, my owner is getting a bigger cage in 1-2 months! I love my home at the moment, and it is still big enough for me, but she told me I deserve the very best and so she's getting me a brand new cage! I have to admit, I'm a little bit nervous and anxious to know what it will look like!

So, enough of updates. I shall start talking about me a little more. I should be sleeping right now, but since I woke up for a little snack, I thought I might as well make another blog. My favourite treat is the Honey and Fruit Kracker Stick! As you can see in the picture, I'm pretty much in love with it XD. Forgive my owner, for breaking the handle of the stick to attach it to the top of the cage. After she realized, I was making too much mess with the stick by pushing it around, she just replaced it with a new one.

I'm going back to sleep now, but soon it will be time to wake up and play!
